In the Continental AM Budapest Artificial Intelligence Development Center, we are creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in new vehicles around the globe. We are working towards Vision Zero, a goal to eliminate thousands of fatal accidents happening every day on the world’s roads. Our aim is to develop cutting edge techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment.

Your Future Group

You will join to the Data and Platform team within xOps Services by providing high performance compute and storage capacity to AI developer teams globally.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee the technical integrity of various infrastructure domains
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions using cloud components and services
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure best practices are followed
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, providing consultation on hardware, software, CI / CD, security, monitoring, and other aspects
  • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with system architecture best practices
  • This role requires strong technical leadership, self-motivation, results-oriented thinking, effective communication, and excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in hands-on IT roles, including 3+ years of experience as a Systems Architect, Infrastructure Architect or DevOps Architect
  • Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with cloud, on premise and hybrid infrastructure
  • Experience in containerization technologies (, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in DevOps practices, including tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, verbal and writing (C1 level).

  • Experience working in agile environment (SAFe)
  • Familiar with enterprise on premise storage options
  • Experience in cloud migration
  • Experience with complex network environments.
