Credit / Collections Analyst Associate - French Speaking

Role Summary

Flowserve is looking for a French speaking Credit & Cash Collection Analyst to join its growing Shared Service Centre in Hungary, supporting the EMEA and North America regions. In the role, you will manage a portfolio of receivables, build relationships with partners and contribute to informed management decision making and develop your analytical skills. We offer the opportunity to travel to Europe and the US and work with the latest ERP systems, including SAP S / 4 HANA.

Your Role

Manage receivables portfolio - monitoring, contacting customers, sending statements and records in ERP system

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners

Resolving outstanding invoices, identifying issues and escalating as required

Periodic review of suspended orders and support with monthly close

Ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX / audit and participation in team meetings

Your Profile

0-1 years of relevant experience, University degree or interest in economics / finance (also suitable for graduates)

Good knowledge of English and French for daily communication

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel a must

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-oriented thinking, attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships

Team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt to change
