We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact.
The SDM is responsible for the delivery of specific transcosmos’s Services. They work together with the Business Relationship Manager to identify service requirements, and develop service strategy, which is the responsibility of the SDM to execute. All Managed Services personnel working within the service report directly or indirectly to the SDM.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery and performance of a service
- Lead Team Leaders, Agents responsible for service delivery
- Ensure services meet agreed standards and are delivered to exceptional quality
- Oversee financial aspects of the service
- Set and track KPIs to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager on service strategy, goals, training, reporting, quality and processes
- Work with transcosmos’s customers and represent Managed Services Department
