Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our Slovenian-speaking clientele.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Guide customers in using our platform effectively, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to achieve service targets and uphold quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our systems for effective follow-up.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of our offerings and improve service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related position is preferred.
  • Exemplary communication skills with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus.
