Work with global Finance centrally located in Budapest at a publicly traded company

The Finance Business Partnering team in Nilfisk is offering a position as a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our HUB office located in central Budapest. You will report to Senior Manager, Matias Ryghseter, however, work in collaboration with the greater Finance Partnering team, with your closest colleagues located in Denmark and Hungary.

Collaborate internationally with exposure to Senior Leaders

As our Junior Finance Business Partner, you will join the Business Partnering team, where we are committed to delivering insights, analysis, and business partnering to the top stakeholders and decision-makers in Nilfisk, which in turn enables financial decision-making based on a transparent foundation. We focus on all aspects of managing a global company from the financial perspective.

As this is a new position, besides supporting the team in both recurring and ad hoc tasks, there will be room for you to shape the role to include tasks within your area of interest and to ensure your continuous development.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to :

Maintain and develop reporting packages in various systems and tools systems such as Excel, OneStream, SAP, and Power BI, which you will naturally get acquainted with

Support in the optimization of finance processes and setting one standard across the Group

Support in the quarterly Financial Forecasting Cycle

Support our Finance colleagues across the world with data extractions and data validation

You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn about financial processes, tools, and systems. Depending on your personal skill set and ambitions, we can offer you opportunities to grow and develop over time.

Structured and high-performing candidate willing to learn and develop their profile

We imagine that you have completed your Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or economics and have a few years of working experience, and are ready to take the next step to grow your profile to become a trusted Finance Business Partner.

You prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently and you communicate in a timely manner if there are issues or delays in completing tasks. You demonstrate a high level of accuracy in financial calculations. You possess a solid understanding of financial principles, accounting, and relevant software..
