Salesforce Business Consultant @ Attention CRM Consulting Kft.

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Consultant who would act as a key liaison between business and IT, all proposed initiatives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

What we are looking for :

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Consultant with a focus on Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate with all levels across the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of at least one of the following CRM processes : Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree from a recognized institution.
