A dynamic international technology company is looking for a  Human Resources Operations Coordinator to support HR and general administration processes across the Central and Eastern Europe region (Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria).

  • Participate in the recruitment process : managing job postings, screening CVs, organizing interviews, and conducting first-round interviews, Maintain communication with payroll and body leasing partners, providing them with comprehensive information, Keep electronic personnel files and organizational charts up to date, Act as a superuser of the ProTime system : register newcomers and configure necessary settings, Manage the flexible benefits system (cafeteria), Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews, Prepare HR announcements and communications, Assist in organizing training sessions and company events, Support health & safety activities : organize safety trainings, coordinate annual occupational medical check-ups, manage first aid kits, Participate in and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, Review and follow up on invoices related to general administration in SAP, Manage local car fleet and GSM services, including handovers and record-keeping] Requirements : HR, Degree, MS Office, Proactive mindset Additionally : Cafeteria, Bonus, Sports activity support.
