Sales & Operations Planning Manager

Your Responsibilities :

Implementation and development : of a Sales & Operations Planning structure for coordinating and monitoring the order plan.

Data analysis and transparency : Conducting consistent and precise statistics, reviews, and analyses to improve transparency in capacity management, inventory forecasting, and capital efficiency.

Forecast optimization : Analysis of forecast dynamics and continuous optimization of the forecasting process.

Monitoring delivery reliability : Monitoring adherence to delivery schedules and communication with sales and customers.

Cross-department coordination : Coordination with sales, engineering, work preparation, procurement, production, commissioning, and service.

ERP system support : Supporting the expansion of the ERP system for managing Sales & Operations Planning processes.

Supply chain optimization : Diagnosing and managing performance potentials in supply chain planning.

Achieving growth goals : Co-responsible for achieving our growth targets.

Requirements :

Academic background : Degree (Bachelor / Master) in business, finance, engineering, or similar fields.

Project experience : Experience in project management.

Analytical skills : Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and present them precisely.

Strategic thinking : Analytical and strategic thinking, results-oriented, reliable.

Flexibility and commitment : High flexibility, dedication, and enjoyment in working in interdisciplinary teams.

Language skills : Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Technical know-how : Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
