We are seeking a Client Success Manager to strengthen relationships with our global client base and ensure that they receive the highest level of service and value from our work.
Tasks
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary contact point, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of reports and services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, including upselling and cross-selling of additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions through CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Support the COO in client management and strategic business development initiatives.
- Proactively identify and approach new clients in line with company objectives.
Requirements
Proven communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of English is mandatory.Experience in client management, sales, or business development.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.Benefits
