Be the link between planning and performance :

Are you detail-oriented , analytical , and passionate about ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time? We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join our team and take ownership of stock coverage , service level improvement , and the S&OP process for our Ambient Brands.

Drive supply excellence from forecast to fulfillment.

Plan with precision :

You’ll manage supply planning activities for dedicated Ambient Brands, translating forecasts into production requests and ensuring timely communication with central and local planning teams. You’ll monitor factory stock levels, prioritize truck loading, and ensure production aligns with business needs.

Solve problems proactively :

You’ll be responsible for maintaining target stock coverage . When deviations occur, you’ll analyze root causes , define solutions , and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. You’ll also prepare weekly reports and analyses to identify and resolve supply issues like stock shortages, high inventory, or freshness concerns.

Lead the S&OP process :

You’ll coordinate the S&OP process with a continuous improvement mindset. From preparing reports and leading meetings to aligning with marketing and demand planning teams, you’ll ensure volume planning and decision-making are data-driven and timely. You’ll also represent the business unit in bi-monthly follow-ups with the central S&OP manager.

Boost service levels :

You’ll analyze KPIs session by session, prepare presentations, and work closely with KAM and SNP colleagues to define action plans that improve service levels. You’ll also be responsible for preparing and commenting on monthly BU KPIs.

What we are looking for :

You bring a strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering , paired with 4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning — ideally within the dynamic FMCG sector. You’re fluent in English , both written and spoken, and confident navigating complex data using tools like Excel. Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP APO is a strong plus. But what truly sets you apart is your mindset. You’re eager to learn , flexible in your approach , and proactive in solving problems before they arise. You thrive in a team environment, bringing excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit .
