The Role

We are looking for an Application Maintenance Engineer who can work independently or within a small team to ensure our applications remain performant, efficient, and optimised post-launch. This role will involve monitoring applications, liaising between teams, providing insights to improve application performance and reliability, and actively participatin in the resolution of significant incidents.

You should have

• Have strong technical skills, preferably with a background in software development.
• Possesses great communication skills to convey technical concepts to various stakeholders (internal and external)
• Be proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
• Be happy to speak with customers on occasion and manage expectations.
• Have experience working in cross-functional teams, especially in a SaaS environment.
• Be familiar with application performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
