IT Business Systems Analyst

For our European IT group, we are looking for a talented IT Business Systems Analyst – Applications and Processes

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

The successful candidate is a motivated individual preferably with experience in Flow Controls business processes. You like to understand complex systems and their relations, preferably have some hands-on Oracle experience and want to extend your knowledge. You have the will and drive to chase and resolve unclear problems, execute small-size projects and are motivated to learn new skills and build your SQL knowledge.

As a member of the European IT Team, you will support and develop the Flow Controls IT environment, participate in projects, ensure that issues are resolved with long-term reliable solutions and that complex enhancements are built to fit our existing environment.

You quickly build a good understanding of our environment and IT Processes. You are a team-player and communicate effectively in English.

• Handle support tickets, monitor our systems and resolve system issues
• Monitor and maintain scheduled programs and resolve Interface failures
• Fully understand and support FCV Sales Order / Shipping processes and interfaces
• Document system relations and changes to interface logic, participate in test events
• Participate in and learn to lead Projects related to FCV business processes
• Some travel and work outside of business hours may be required

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :

o A keen interest in IT and software tools

o Good command of both verbal and written English

o Some Oracle EBS R12 (Betsy) user experience

o Some data relations knowledge (Excel VLOOKUP or MS Access or SQL)

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :

o FCV Business process understanding

o Oracle Betsy knowledge in Sales or Shipping or Inventory or Engineering

o Excel or Access or Power BI skills (Data source, Pivot, Excel complex functions)

o SQL knowledge, understanding of databases, tables and relations
