About this Position
What you´ll do
- Coordination of export shipments from various European shipping locations
- Transport arrangements via Sea & Air considering consolidation / dangerous goods handling / low volume verification
- Disposition of the shipments to overseas customers & affiliates in line with requested and possible delivery times
- Handling, preparation and coordination of related shipping, trade, and customs documents
- Daily interaction with assigned freight forwarders and warehouses
What makes you a good fit
Min. University Degree in the field of Business Administration / Logistics or related fieldPreferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in SEA / AIR export transportation / fresh graduates are also welcome with Transportation / Logistics field of studyFluent knowledge of English language is requiredStrong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficient at Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skillsAbility to adapt to changesKnowledge with SAP is an advantageSome perks of joining Henkel
