Opportunity :

This is an exciting new opportunity at XR Global to join our highly skilled Finance team in the role of Accounts Receivable Analyst , based in our Shared Service Center in Budapest. In this role, you will be supporting Uploads and Billing activities for our subsidiaries.

We are looking for a result-driven individual with a passion to be part of a growing, fast-paced international finance team. This role requires a hands-on approach with a considerable emphasis on organization and diligence, and the ability to follow processes, as well as an outstanding ability to cooperate with clients / customers.

Job Responsibilities :

Upload invoices accurately to various customer portals in a timely manner

Monitor and follow up on uploaded invoices, collaborating closely with the cash collection team to resolve any disputes or discrepancies

Maintain customer login credentials

Handle and respond to queries and requests related to Accounts Receivable (AR) forms efficiently

Support the vendor onboarding process in our clients' systems

Issue customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring customer invoicing is maintained to a high standard

Perform or support various reporting activities and data-driven analysis

Assist or manage AR correspondence & respond to customer queries

Handle other areas of finance functions as and when required / as backup

Additional Responsibilities :

Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job

Work on other tasks and ad-hoc projects, as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Senior Team Lead and the Shared Service Centre Lead

Champion, support, and participate in the business’s team-building activities

Requirements

A college or university degree is a must

Sound understanding of financial processes

Fluent English is a must

1-2 years of experience in SSC environment in a finance (billing or collections) function

Additional language knowledge is an advantage

Resilience in resolving problems

Sound communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proactivity in resolving key operational issues

Excellent organizational skills

Proven experience of working to tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks

Strong team play skills with the ability to work individually as well

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential

Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is preferred
