Key Responsibilities :

• Planning the technical product development part of the overall project to meet stage-gate deliverables, including schedule, resources, milestones, and Definition of Done.
• Ensuring that customer requirements are embedded into the technical product specification (close collaboration with product managers).
• Ensuring that a test plan reflects the product specification with detailed requirements for performance and quality goals.
• Developing the product concept in accordance with the global strategy, considering architecture, modularization, and standardization of parts according to set targets.
• Securing the integration of technology changes into development projects.
• Creating descriptions for specifications, test specifications, BOMs, critical components lists, production tests, and software requirements.
• Ensuring that the chosen design concept and detailed design solutions meet cost targets for the project.
• Ensuring conformance to set quality goals by executing testing and verification activities, as well as documenting and reporting on all components and systems within the product.
• Securing the necessary approvals and intellectual property protections.
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of ISO , , and systems.
• Preparing comprehensive reports on project statuses and results to keep management informed of progress and developments.
