WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Lead, plan, manage, and document military vehicle development projects or programs of varying size and complexity and perform required activities across all project phases
  • Coordination of the individual, interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
  • Ensuring strategic program objectives and contract-compliant execution in technical, financial and schedule terms
  • Integrated project management including task management, progress measurement and reporting
  • Preparation of project and development status reports for customers and management
  • Implementation of effective risk and claim management
  • Support the bid process and sales teams for the aquisition of new development projects

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
  • Strong leadership experience in a matrix organization
  • Experience in multi-project management
  • Certification according to IPMA Level B or comparable is desirable
  • Extensive technical system understanding and industry experience are an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, additional German knowledge is an asset
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills as well as team orientation
  • Willingness to travel on business
