IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Your new role The following CHALLENGES await you : ✓ Provision / operation of customer’s system 24 / 7 ✓ Current systems' upkeep / care / maintenance / upgrades ✓ Analysis and removal of occurring problems ✓ Constant communication to involved units and partners ✓ Preparing / making presentations for clients and introducing / teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required What you'll need to succeed You have higher degree in a relevant field (IT / Telecommunications).✓ You have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience – Must have! ✓ You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server systems. ✓ You have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database systems. ✓ You have basic Linux systems knowledge ✓ Oracle Database and Application Servers are advantages ✓ You have application containerization expertise. ✓ You have a good understanding of high availability solutions, IP networking, virtualisation, storage and backup systems, server hardware. ✓ You are willing to provide 24 / 7 standby support ✓ You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis. ✓ You work well under pressure and you are a team player. ✓ You know what ITIL means.
