JOB TITLE : Line Lead
REPORTS TO : Area Production Manager

PURPOSE STATEMENT :
Owner of the cell objectives regarding production plan, quality, cost, safety and capability built are met via Integrated Work System in his area of work, and responsible for the team of 3-4 lines. Contribute to the development of daily routine standards (DMS) through IWS methodology in a continuously changing production culture of a factory.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Ensure safety, environmental protection, and equipment oversight in the production area, managing all personnel and resources.Lead production lines to achieve key targets in Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale.Execute and sustain Daily Direction Setting (DDS), Daily Management Systems (DMS), and health checks to improve production performance and resolve root causes of issues.Develop teams by enhancing technical skills, process knowledge, and attitudes to drive continuous improvement.Coordinate and use improvement tools to enhance production processes, track defects, and manage corrective schedules.Lead team meetings (line, weekly, and monthly DDS) and involve external departments to address top losses.Define training needs, coordinate development plans, and support skills improvement for team members.Collaborate with key departments (EHS, Quality, Engineering, Logistics) to support production innovation and improvement plans.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in tobacco production, beneficialBasic knowledge of cigarette / cigarillo / OTP / filter / cutrag production processFunctional Knowledge & Skills
Higher education (preferably on the field of engineering and / or management)Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good written and verbal EnglishPersonal Skills
