  • A high school diploma.
  • Italian language proficiency at a business level.
  • English communication skills for training, interviews, and internal collaboration.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or Customer Support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.
