Job description
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in an assigned product area and region.
- Provide information, troubleshoot problems, and arrange collections using various courier systems.
- Offer guidance to customers and escalate complex issues to the next level of support.
- Ensure adherence to process-related and quality guidelines.
- Secondary school education with relevant qualifications.
- Vocational training and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience are desirable.
- Fluent in English , knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand how decisions impact customers.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
