Global Immigration Engagement Management services are vital for our global growth plans and will ensure the success of our Immigration practice. The Global Engagement Management team is a network of professionals across the world who support our KPMG firms in their objectives of providing consistently exceptional services to our clients.

Key Accountabilities

Global Immigration Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities :

  • Oversee client mailbox management and take forward emails / tasks that need resolution by the KDN engagement team or the Lead Office team
  • Review client reports with various cadence for data accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare agenda for client meetings, coordinate calendar appointments for client and KPMG management meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
  • Perform and review data clean-up exercises in KPMG's case management platform
  • Take forward client requests and connect with the KPMG network in order to obtain the information required
  • Support the KDN engagement team to ensure up-to-date records of applicants' status and information in the KPMG's case management platform
  • Recognise and raise potential matters of risk for the client or the Local Office to Assistant Manager or Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner
  • Provide introductory training sessions to KPMG immigration technology software to Local Offices and new joiners
  • In addition, your responsibilities will cover the following areas :

    Process Delivery :

  • Support engagement administration by adhering to risk management policies
  • Deliver results with attention to detail
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, communicate updates, and make accountable decisions within your scope of responsibilities
  • Risk Management :

  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of KPMG's policies and collaborate with senior team members on concerns
  • Billing and Client Engagement Management :

  • Accurately record the timesheets and achieve chargeable hours targets
  • Technology :

  • Participate in data clean-up exercises and ensure accuracy and integrity of reports by identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Manage system access for clients and internal team members
  • Requirements

  • Undergraduate University degree preferred
  • 1+ years of working experience with a strong interest or understanding of immigration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of integrity and accuracy
  • Project Management : Basic level of organisation and prioritisation skills including ability to project manage multiple clients and work under pressure
  • Strong professionalism and overall confidence
  • Highly efficient with technology / tools
  • Process-oriented
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficient communicator in written and spoken English (other languages advantageous but not required)
  • Ability to build relationships / trust both with the internal teams and clients
  • Experience and ability to work with confidential material
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
