Reporting Excel Magician

Our partner, a Hungarian-owned creative agency working for global clients, is looking for an Excel Magician (Project Controller) to perform the following tasks :

• Craft, maintain, and refine detailed reports that track resource utilization, costs, and performance metrics with precision.
• Keep a close eye on project budgets and resource allocation, providing timely updates and identifying potential risks before issues arise.
• Oversee and fine-tune our reporting tools to ensure seamless operation, data integrity, and accurate reporting at all times.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and insights.
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights, uncover trends, and present findings through clear, compelling visualizations.
• Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and key stakeholders to gather data, provide reporting support, and deliver insights that drive smart decision-making.
