Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of service delivery for our clients in the international health sector. In this role, you will ensure high service quality, manage cloud and AI-based solution portfolios, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and success.
Key Focus Areas :
- Responsible for Decentralized & Housing AI / Cloud services
- Lead the delivery of Cloud and AI-driven solutions
Main Responsibilities :
Manage service delivery processes following ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, and change management)Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsLead cross-functional teams and oversee multiple concurrent projectsContinuously improve service quality and manage costs effectivelyQualifications
What We’re Looking For :
Strong leadership and proven project management experienceExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingExperience with financial planning and budget controlTechnical understanding of IT infrastructure, especially in cloud and AI technologiesRequirements :
