In this pivotal role, you will lead change management activities end-to-end, engage stakeholders at all levels, and prepare the organization for seamless transitions that deliver measurable business value.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in change management or similar roles within large organizations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact change programs with measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable change plans.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working through shifting priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to deliver clear, consistent messaging.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse groups.
