Corporate and / or Capital Markets Lawyer

Our partner, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate and / or capital markets lawyer with 1-3 years of post-bar exam experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and provide legal advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and international businesses. Corporate & Transactional Law Advising on corporate law matters, regulatory compliance, and transactional legal issues Providing legal support for IPOs, bond issuances, and other capital markets transactions Conducting legal due diligence and research for corporate clients Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and capital markets-related contracts Client & Stakeholder Engagement Preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and regulatory documentation Providing legal support in both Hungarian and English Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions Elvárások / Requirements 1-3 years of post-bar exam experience in corporate and / or capital markets law Strong legal English proficiency (both written and spoken), including legal terminology Hands-on experience in M&A, legal due diligence, and capital markets transactions Highly precise, structured, and capable of working independently Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team Amit nyújtunk / Benefits Location : Budapest, city centerCompensation : Competitive fee-based remunerationWork Environment : International law firm with a diverse client portfolioHybrid Work : Two days of remote work per week (excluding Mondays and Fridays)
