Customer Support Representative (Croatian andSlovenian)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian and Slovenian speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an e-commerce platform.

Position : Customer Support Representative

Location : Budapest, Hungary

Work model : on-site

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Communication via incoming telephone, emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products.
• Customer Order Management.
• Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support.
• Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively.
• Proactively propose ways to improve the processes.
• Adhere to given processes and procedures.
• Update the database of customers and document activities.
• Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
