IT Application Expert

Conexus are currently partnered with a leading FMCG client, that are expanding their IT capabilities. ON that baiss, we are searching for an IT Application Expert to join them on a permanent basis in Budapest, Hungary.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who's passionate about turning business requirements into technical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll oversee application delivery, manage supplier relationships, provide advanced incident and change support, and contribute to ongoing process improvement - all while acting as a project lead from the IT side.

Key responsibilities :

Lead the delivery of IT solutions and manage related supplier relationships

Provide 2nd and 1st level incident and change support for business applications

Co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues

Develop and execute training for key users

Manage application-related documentation and controls

Ensure high application performance, compliance and DR readiness

Support quarterly maintenance routines and account / user administration

Align and implement improvements alongside IT and business stakeholders

What we're looking for :

3+ years' experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications

Experience acting as a project lead or supplier manager

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple initiatives

Fluent in English

Background in a manufacturing / FMCG environment is desirable

Experience with DC1 or another ERP platform, service desk tools, and a range of business applications

Database knowledge (such as MS SQL) is a strong plus
