• Experience : 5+ years in technical product ownership / management or engineering leadership with a track record of delivering production platforms.
• Technical Fluency : Strong knowledge across AI / ML and cloud-native infrastructure, capable of leading decisions on performance and cost without writing code.
• AI Knowledge : Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in AI.
• Language Skills : Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal) to collaborate with German-speaking customers and international teams.
• Soft Skills : Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
