Deployment Project Coordinator with Spanish

Responsibilities : JOB FUNCTION

As a member of Lexmark’s Managed Print Services (MPS), the MPS Order Coordinator will manage printer deployments and existing device management for customers, coordinating with internal departments and external partners. The Order Coordinator handles hardware orders, deliveries, installations, returns, disposals, and data tracking for inventory and asset management.

YOUR ACTIVITIES :

• Manage Siebel Service Requests and exceptions
• Place and monitor orders / shipments
• Manage customer return orders and disposal of old devices
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather data on existing assets, confirm deliveries, and provide general assistance
• Track order-to-invoice and returns data in Siebel, manage inventory, and report project status
• Support Project Manager in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
