About the Role
To support our rapid business growth and operations expansion in Hungary, BYD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring effective recruitment, policy implementation, and employee relationship management within the local context. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a results-oriented mindset, and deep knowledge of Hungarian labor law

Requirements
Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR, especially in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Skills & Competencies :
Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of Hungarian labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive, result-oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
