What you´ll do

  • Documentation of existing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) processes and developments in English
  • Reviewing and documenting MES manufacturing, logistics, and quality processes
  • Preparing technical and user documentation in English Coordinating documentation drafts within the team and with external companies
  • Subtitling instructional videos
  • Organizing and tracking documentation

What makes you a good fit

  • Students with ongoing studies in the field of IT / Engineering with at least 1-1.5 years of active student status
  • 25-30 hours / week with flexibility
  • Communication-level English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Flexibility, independence
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous work experience in an administrative position (including school experience)
  • Knowledge of programming languages is not required but is an advantage (e.g. Java, Python)
