Tasks

Transport Organization : Receive weekly shipment plans and communicate them to freight forwarders

Freight Management : Integrate freight units (based on sales orders and delivery documents) into freight orders in SAP TM

Transport Execution : Manage communication during pickup, loading, transit, and unloading, in close cooperation with the Customer Service and Warehouse 3PL teams

Invoice Validation : Review and validate transport invoices, resolve discrepancies

Data Management : Handle integration issues and open tickets when necessary

Requirements

Secondary education (high school diploma) required; a university degree or specialized logistics qualification is an advantage

Experience in logistics or transport coordination preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent written business communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
