Warehouse Trainer

We are looking for a Trainer to join our dynamically growing and energetic team at our newest Fulfilment Centre in Biatorbágy .

Your primary responsibility will be to train our existing and new warehouse staff on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Tasks :

Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel

Assess training needs and create customized training materials to meet operational goals

Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops

Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed

Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for improvement

Implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse performance

Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements :

Ability to design, improve and deliver effective training programs

Excellent language skills in English and Russian / Ukrainian

Strong team management skills

Openness to work in shifts

Advantages :
