Your key duties will include : Responsible for processing invoices and performing day-to-day accounting activities with attention to accuracy and timeliness Maintains regular written communication with suppliers, while phone contact is only needed in special cases Supports month-end and year-end closing by preparing accruals, reconciling general ledger accounts, and confirming balances with vendors and customers Prepares internal reports and financial summaries for management and the holding company, including benchmarking data Initiates bank payments as part of the daily finance operations
