Our product portfolio includes robust applications for issuing tax-free forms, as well as supporting tools for data capture and payment card tokenization.
We’re now seeking a Senior Product Manager to elevate our mobile and terminal-based solutions to the next level. In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing user experience, simplifying integrations with third-party applications, and optimizing configuration and operational efficiency.This is a technically focused product management position where you’ll :
Lead product strategy and roadmap planning
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
Conduct requirements and data analysis
Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape effective technical solutions
Your responsibilities include :
Stakeholder Management : engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations and communicate progress. Ensure transparency and alignment between technical teams and business units.
Product Strategy and Road mapping : build and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Contribute to the vision and product strategy.
Requirement Analysis : conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories. Ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are understood and addressed.
Solution Shaping : collaborate with the subject matter experts, solution architects and development team to design and shape software solutions based on analysis results. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with the overall product strategy.
Agile Development : act as Product Owner in a scrum setting, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components. Participate in print planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Documentation and Training : ensure comprehensive documentation of the product features, functionalities and processes. Provide training and support to users and other stakeholders as required.

You have technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough analysis and translate results into actionable insights.
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
You have leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams as well as proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers and business stakeholders.
Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if :
7+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with mobile and POS terminal applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certifications are preferred.
Experience with managing products which are a combination of software and hardware (e.g. PAX terminal with pre-installed applications).
Experience with terminal management systems.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvements and innovation.
Attention to details, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work.
Fluent in English.
