Tasks :
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites, including inbound processing, storage, and material issuing — both in owned and leased facilities.
- Organize and oversee transportation processes (including customs clearance), covering deliveries to customers, inbound shipments from suppliers, and inter-site transfers between warehouses and facilities.
- Supervise and continuously improve intralogistics operations such as order picking, material handling, and intermediate storage within production.
- Identify, select, and monitor the necessary machinery, equipment, and vehicles to support efficient logistics operations.
- Coordinate and ensure continuous inventory control and regular stocktaking processes.
- Lead personnel management within the department : assign tasks, plan costs and investments, and oversee daily operations.
- Drive the department’s strategic objectives, ensure timely execution of internal projects, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics processes.
- Act as a key member of the extended middle management team, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
- Take ownership of team performance, delivering on departmental KPIs and contributing to company-wide goals.
Requirements
