POSITION - WAREHOUSE FOREMAN

The Warehouse Foreman is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely supply to production lines. This role plays a key part in coordinating warehouse activities across two shifts and optimizing resources and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the Warehouse Foreman fosters a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, contributing to the achievement of company KPIs.

What you will do :

Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management and Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee the movement of raw materials and finished goods, including receiving, storage, rotation, and shipmentOptimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize operational efficiencyEnsure accurate registration and traceability of materials, components, and finished productsCoordinate and perform regular inventory activities (monthly and year-end), including adjustments and reconciliationsSupervise cargo handling and ensure all documentation (e.g., delivery notes) is properly issued and archivedManage incoming materials and consignment stockDrive continuous improvement initiatives in inbound and outbound logistics (e.g., Milk Run, Kanban, MOQ reduction, traceability)Set up, monitor, analyze, and report on warehouse KPIs Participate in any other key initiative or project

Team Leadership & Cross-functional collaboration

  • Lead and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a strong team spirit and a culture of accountability and continuous improvementManage day-to-day operations across two shifts in coordination with the Shift LeadersEnsure clear communication and effective coordination between shifts to maintain workflow continuity and performanceWork closely with the production area and the planning team to ensure timely and accurate material feeding to production lines, by aligning logistics activities with production schedules and prioritiesCoordinate on a daily basis with external partners, including logistics providers, external warehouses, and customs clearance agents

    • Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture within the teamEnforce all company policies and procedures regarding safe warehouse operations and material handling

    • WHO you are :

  • Preferred college or university degree in economics, logistics or relevant areaAverage 5 years of warehouse experience in production environmentStrong leadership and team management, with a focus on motivation, accountability, and collaborationClear, pragmatic communication and effective cross-functional teamworkAbility to prioritize and manage time efficientlyProactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and problem solvingStrong knowledge of ERP systems (preferred INFOR) Fluent English, both spoken and written(Nice to have) driving license of forklifts
