Job descriptionA gyár egyes üzemeihez (forgácslap-üzem, impregnáló, lamináló, CK) tartozó üzemi gépek, berendezések állapotának felügyelete, azok hibáinak elhárítása, megelőző karbantartása. A teljes mechanikus karbantartás vezetése, szakmai irányítása. Tervszerű megelőző karbantartás körébe bevonandó gépek és berendezések meghatározása, a karbantartási ütemtervekhez ellenőrző listák elkészítése. A biztonságos és folyamatos üzemeltetéshez szükséges anyagok, alkatrészek, megrendelése, anyag, és energiatakarékosság figyelembevételével - illetve az ezekhez szükséges controlling feladatok ellátása. Lakatos karbantartók és partner cégek munkavállalóinak felügyelete, a munkaerő elosztása és szakmai irányítása. Fejlesztési feladatokban, beruházásokban való részvétel, termelő egységek folyamatos támogatása. A karbantartási budget folyamatos felügyelete és optimalizálása. A rendelkezésre állás (availability) folyamatos növelése - a folyamatos termelés biztosítása a lehető legkevesebb állás és legmagasabb műszaki színvonal mellett. Műszaki problémák elhárítása, dokumentálása.
Requirements
- Mérnöki végzettség
- Karbantartási területen szerzett legalább 5 éves tapasztalat
- Hidraulikai, pneumatikai és hajtási ismeretek
- Angol nyelv társalgási szintű ismerete
- Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek (MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Változásokhoz való rugalmas alkalmazkodás és megoldásra törekvés
- Precíz munkavégzés és a párhuzamosan futó feladatok magabiztos kezelése
- Nyitottság és elkötelezettség az új ismeretek megszerzésére, eljárások megismerésére
- Folyamatos fejlődésre való nyitottság
- Struktúrált problémamegoldás
- Német nyelv ismerete előnyt jelent
