Contract type : Fixed-term (1 year maternity cover )

Join Coca-Cola HBC as a Raw Material Planner and play a critical role in keeping our production running smoothly.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring the right raw and packaging materials are always available to meet production demands. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory levels, and help drive process improvements that directly impact our efficiency and business results.

The role

  • Ensuring the right Raw & Packaging Materials (R&PM) are available on time to support uninterrupted production, in line with the production plan.
  • Optimizing inventory levels to reduce Working Capital while preventing material shortages.
  • Leading effective capacity planning for Raw Materials storage, especially during new product launches and phase-outs.
  • Managing purchase orders for materials like Concentrates, Juices, CIF, Fanta, Kinley, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Collaborating daily with Production Planners and cross-functional teams to align on material needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and reliable master data in our planning system (BY) to support efficient, data-driven decision-making.
  • Actively contributing to projects and new product introductions with your planning expertise.

Expectations

  • 2-3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, production planning, or supply chain functions.
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • University degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain).
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
