  • Some background in sea freight forwarding—if you’ve done it before, you’ll hit the ground running!
  • Confident English skills (written and spoken) – most of our systems and communication are in English.
  • Solid user skills in MS 365 applications.
  • An eye for detail and a proactive approach to your work.
  • Great communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
