Our client is a joint venture of an international organisation in the defense and automotive industry and an IT System integrator. The headquarter is in Budapest and their initial mission is to provide project- and operations-related IT services to the parent company's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, our client plans to expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.
Your tasks will be :
- Planning, execution and documentation of IT projects of varying size and complexity, including the performance of all required activities in all project phases
- Requirements analysis and solution design in coordination with business or IT departments
- Identification and resolution of dependencies, changes and risks in project planning
- Conducting workshops and project meetings
- Steering of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
- Responsibility of budget and time targets as well as adherence to quality standards
- Reporting, communication and alignment of project results and details with all stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience in managing IT projects (in particular IT infrastructure projects) and knowledge of various process modelsCertificates in project management PMI, Prince2Experience with Stage-gate modelComprehensive IT infrastructure, network and server-side knowledgeExperience in manufacturing environment, participation in infrastructure deploymentCompleted studies in (business) informatics, engineering, technical business administration or a comparable qualificationDetail-oriented, technically profound thinking and multitasking abilityStrong analytical skills, high organizational talentExperience in risk management as well as requirements analysis and conceptual designExcellent stakeholder managementStrong presentation skills, ability to represent the project in front of committees and boardGood proficiency in English and German language (business level), both written and spokenWhat is a plus :
