We are seeking an experienced professional to join our partner's global team and play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the EMEA region.

For over 75 years, REHAU have been a global leader in the plastics industry, specializing in furniture components like edgebands, surfaces, and tambour door systems. They are looking for someone with a robust understanding of financial principles and a strong technical background in controlling.

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling / FP&A, (preferably) in manufacturing. Master's degree or CPA / CMA is a plus.

Skills & Tools : You are proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI). VBA Macro knowledge is needed

You are proactive, results-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment

Languages : Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage
