We are looking for a visionary Head Licensing Manager to lead the licensing team and direct strategic initiatives that drive growth and maximize the value of the company’s IP portfolio. This role demands a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of licensing frameworks and a track record of building successful partnerships in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive licensing strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals.
  • Oversee the licensing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and external stakeholders to negotiate high-stakes licensing agreements.
  • Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities across various sectors, enhancing the company's market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and marketing, to ensure alignment of licensing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in licensing, intellectual property, or business development, with a proven leadership track record in a technology-focused organization.
  • Expert knowledge of IP laws, licensing agreements, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to create actionable strategies.
  • A relevant degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in Business, Law, or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
