Job description

Act as a frontline defender—handle user complaints related to account takeovers, fraud, and other security risks across email, phone, and other support channels.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (like tech and customer support) to solve complex account-related issues efficiently and accurately.

Review and validate account unfreezing or unbinding requests—ensuring every action is legal, reasonable, and executed through secure systems.

Carefully manage sensitive account operations—avoiding errors and minimizing risks by following strict procedures.

Prioritize user and platform security by maintaining a high level of risk awareness and constantly improving internal workflows to boost both efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher—bonus points for experience in finance, tech, or related industries.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to handle complex user complaints and challenging situations.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer complaint resolution, risk management, or a similar role.

Work well in a team and knows how to bring departments together to tackle tricky problems.

Be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
