Main responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Cash Application & Month-End Closing processes within the O2C Core Model.
• Design and maintain process documentation, governance, and compliance standards across global regions.
• Lead global projects and initiatives, including technology implementations and process automation.
• Drive innovation by exploring next-generation solutions and benchmarking best-in-class practices.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption and alignment.
• Manage change requests, exceptions, and policy updates to support optimized processes.
• Build strong relationships across geographies and functions to foster process excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Own and monitor subprocess performance : Define subprocess data models and performance indicators, and track process effectiveness through leading KPIs.
• Enable Core Model excellence : Support operations in adhering to the Core Model, remediate gaps, and drive clear process communication across the organization.

About you

• Strong accounting knowledge and deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C process, especially AR and month-end closing.
• Proven ability to lead global process transformation and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on simplification and automation.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Comfortable working across cultures, languages, and business maturity levels.
• Graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in CI2C processes and systems; experience in Global Business Services is desirable.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French or other European languages are a plus.
