• 5+ years of professional backend development experience in .NET / C# .
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with software architecture, clean code principles, and microservices .
• Familiarity with OIDC / OAuth2 (basic knowledge required, experience is a plus).
• Understanding of message-based systems (e.g. queues, event-driven design).
• Good communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• A team player who enjoys mentoring and leading by example.
