• Technological support and coordination the daily work of 5-7 developers, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
• Ensure that all solutions are in line with the current architecture and adhere to best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and incorporate them into our solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Support innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of reactors, ensuring high performance and reliability.
