We are seeking a Stock Team Lead to join our team in Hungary. The role involves overseeing daily stock operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth warehouse processes.

Stock Team Leader tasks

  • Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to stock management.
  • Coordinating logistics activates to ensure excellent service level
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse
  • Train and supervise personnel.
  • Generate and analyse inventory reports.
  • Monitor stock levels for re-stocking purposes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Coordination with sales, logistics and production to streamline the inventory management process
  • Working with other departments to track inventory levels, set reorder points, manage purchase orders and generate reports

The candidate must also have :

  • Proven experience working in a stock / inventory management role
  • Knowledge of stock management processes and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use computer systems and software for data analysis and inventory tracking
  • Knowledge of English language, written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum 3 years of proven logistic experience
