Knowledge / requirements :

Relevant professional experience in an agile environment (ideally as scrum master, agile coach with certification (in SAFe is an advantage)
Recognizing and solving impediments in the teams
Ability to resolve conflicts + risk management
Practical and methodical knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence , Miro, Kanban
Technical knowledge of the OSS environment is optional

Softskills

Fluent written and spoken English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.

Strong communication skills, ability to provide a framework within which the team can move and work in a self-organized manner

Structured, independent way of working and ability to empathize

Social and collaboration skills and ability to work in a team
