We are looking for a Global Talent Operations Project Lead is a key driver of project success, blending project management expertise with a dedicated focus on talent optimization. This role ensures project objectives are met while maximizing team composition, development, and performance through effective stakeholder collaboration and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and talent management priorities.

Main responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of project priority, scope, timeline, deliverables, risks, and potential issuesProactively identify and mitigate challenges to ensure project successEstablish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAssemble and lead cross-functional project teams including collaboration with third parties, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and alignment on project goalsAssess project resource needs and collaborate with stakeholders, including talent specialists, to secure the right talent with the necessary skills and experienceEnsure optimal resource allocation throughout the project lifecycleWork closely with Talent Transition Leads to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility of project resourcesFacilitate knowledge transfer and skill development to enhance team performanceAlign project activities with organizational standards and best practices in partnership with the PMOProvide regular project updates, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure transparency on Progress, roadblocks, and risk mitigation strategiesContinuously evaluate project processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness for future initiativesAbout you
Experience
Extensive experience in Project Management and Operations with a strong focus on TalentSoft and technical skills
Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving desired results, including effective prioritization, delegation, and time management to meet deadlinesProven track record of excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersHighly detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and achieving resultsDemonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong team player with a collaborative mindset, the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and cross-cultural savvinessAdvanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with PowerBI / Visier experience being highly advantageousLanguages
Fluent in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectivelyEducation
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertification in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a huge plusWhy choose us?
